I was thrilled with my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street but just minutes from the bustling center of Palma. Although the room we had was a bit overpriced and had some noise from the corridors, the service was outstanding and the staff couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. The dining experience was fantastic, with a great variety of options and excellent service. The facilities, like the rooftop terrace with a plunge pool, were an added bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room, which was upgraded as a surprise for my partner's birthday, was a bit small and dark, but it was clean and comfortable overall. The layout with a large bed and a fold-out couch felt a bit cramped, and having the sink in an open area was a bit unusual.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well-finished, and tastefully furnished, with a great shower. The historic center location near a charming square with cafes made it even more special.
